On October 14th , there will be a rad jam happening down at the Adelaide City Trails . The general concept behind the jam is to get more people stoked on riding jumps, which I think is an awesome idea. The whole day will be entirely non-competitive, with fun being the main focus. Sounds like it's gonna be a real awesome day!

There have been whispers about this for a while now, but finally it's official! The Factory Theatre in Sydney will be hosting House of Hammers , a new 'Slay the Rails' type event on October 6. It sounds like it's going to be fucking amazing. For all the info, check the flyer below, or click here .

Here's the flyer for a jam I've organised, going down on July 1st at the Port Macquarie skatepark. There'll be rail and bowl contests, as well as giveaways and other impromptu events on the day. This coming Saturday, Newcastle BMX are throwing the second annual World's End Jam at the new Wallsend park in Newcastle. Last years jam, by all accounts, went off, so if you're anywhere near by, or feel like a weekend pilgrimage, hit it up!

Unfortunately, it's that time of year again. Where the days get shorter, and colder, where the shorts and t-shirts turn into jeans, gloves and a jacket. However, it's not all bad; there is the annual Hell on Wheels End of Daylight Savings Jam! Featuring all sorts of radness at Five Dock , it always goes off in the greatest of fashions. Keeping in mind, there is the infamous Xave Koen on the mic, and the 4th edition of Deathbowl! , a wild affair that has reached unprecedented levels of notoriety in the scene. Get there!

This coming Thursday, Hell on Wheels are running another rad event; this time premiering the new Killjoy DVD at about 8pm, followed by a ghetto long jump contest at an undisclosed location. The buy in is $5, and winner takes all! Get there!

Newcastle BMX is running a beachside mini-ramp contest in conjunction with Surfest on March 17&18. Sounds like it's going to be a rad event, for more info, check out the Newcastle BMX Facebook .

Hell on Wheels are running a really cool event next Thursday (The 23rd). To kick the night off, there'll be a screening of the new Federal Gold Album DVD at the store (463 King St, Newtown, Sydney)at 7:30pm, followed by a carpark race at an undisclosed location, then, a street ride in the city well into the night. Sounds like a good time to me. Get there!

Like I said I'm putting up as much coverage from this event as we can find because it is so crazy. This video has shows a ton of pretty crazy crashes and a bit of footage that hasn't been in the other videos. So all the people looking for more Cam Jam 6 footage here it is.

Here is another video from Cam Whites Jam 2012. This one is better quality and shows footage from the entire jam. I guess this event it really hard to film everything because you cant see the top half and bottom half together very easily. But the bottom half is where most of the bangers go down. This video gives you a good feel for the vibe of the event so check it out.

(Pic from Cams Jam 2011)  Cams Jam is done for 2012 and just like the other years this one was amazing. Cam White always put in a ton of work to make sure that it is one of the if not the best dirt comp/jam in the world. The days leading up to the jam had been wet, but luckily on the day of the event it was clear sky's and good weather. But Cam woke up at 6am to fix the jumps that had taken a beating from the rain, after 10 hours of work he was to tired to ride, which was a shame because he would of killed them as per usual. But he was out there all night making sure the jumps were running well for everyone. Now to the riding! There are 3 categories best style, best trick and king of the hill. Its set up so the riders vote for who they think won. This year best style was taken out by Chris Harti who goes so high and with an obvious ton of style. Chris had been killing Cams jam for years so it was awesome to see him take out best style. Best trick went to Jaie Toohey who did a...

Don't forget about the Browns Plains Christmas Jam thats happening this Saturday from 3pm. Sounds like the boys have been hard at work making ghetto ramps and ledges so its gonna be an awesome day for sure!

Seems like this weekends gonna be a busy one for all us Brisbanites! To start it theres a rad BMX Exhibition in the city starting on Friday night. This from LUXBMX: "Our good friends over at Laced have been putting in work for an exhibition this weekend. Dropouts: A BMXhibition will feature tons of memorabilia from some of Brisbane’s biggest BMX enthusiasts, collectors, riders and builders alike, from the old school, mid-school and new school eras. We've been lucky enough to have a few bikes featured including a super badass custom we've built for the event. The exhibition will kick off at 7pm on Friday night and will run both days on the weekend from 10am-5pm. Make sure you drop in!"

To celebrate the birth of the most famous fictional character of all time theres going to be a sweet jam held at Browns plains skatepark. Sam Illman is the driving force behind this one and has already started building some ghetto ledges and ramps. There will also be some challenges and tons of giveaways so make sure you don't miss it. This weekend on the 9th of October theres a little jam going down at Rampfest with some cool little competitions and cash up for grabs. $300 cash for the highest air over the box sounds interesting. Can't wait to see footage from this one!

Hey homies, just a quick notice, a lot of you guys are probably already aware but the 6th annual Halloween Jam is coming up on the 30th of this month! As you can tell from the poster it's going to be at Dulwich Hill Skatepark in Sydney again and more info is coming.
