FP goes HD

I kinda lagged on putting this up because its already been on a ton of other sites but today's a slow news day. This video is Cooper Brownlee (of Focalpoint fame)'s first high def video shot on his new Canon 7d. I think the cinematography and the quality is amazing, although its definitely got a different vibe than Focalpoint edits past.

What are your thoughts? Should Cooper swap me his new 7d for my VX? I think yes...

i think all of the next FP ads will have a slower vibe- no autofocus on the 7D means shit for fast moving clips or following people. should be a nice change for sure! :)

This double front flip from West Oz Chris Jones was definitely one of the most gnar things i have seen in my life and i had spent a lot of time on the road with this guy when i was back in Perth doing demos and i never thought he would be doing shit like this.
