Spotted these shots of the new PilgrimBMX completes on Facebook. The complete bikes look pretty solid with some top quality parts but a big WTF goes out to this... What do you think?

i heard their top of the line bikes are a collab with unit, with 50% of profit going to unit...
boycott?
(hahaha not really i wouldn't even buy their stuff if it had nothing to do with unit.)

That is actually not the case. The Unit colab frame is a Pilgrim team frame with all profits being split up between the Pilgrim team. It's Pilgrims way to give some back to the team. Nothing bad about that.

Nice work John... good to see you getting out there on your own away from others & doing it on your own. Pilgrim will be a great thing for the Aussie BMX scene.

Unit don't get any profit, the team get the profit. It is just a colab. And awesome for the riders.

isn't giving them bikes their way of giving something back? hahaha

Justy posted this while I was down in Melbourne but it got taken down for some reason (Josh Irvine whinging). I'm putting it back up because A: The whole thing is very entertaining and B: Just because Josh makes a fool of himself and doesn't handle himself appropriately doesn't mean the video should be taken down for noone to see.
Just spotted this on Facebook . Apparently Rampit in VIC is in some trouble and needs some help from local riders. I'm not to sure on the exact details but if you're anywhere nearby be sure to get in there and show your support! Check out the Rampit website here or their Facebook here . If anyone can fill us in on some more info, do so in the comments!

If you're going to be doing a lot of jumping, then you'll need a strong bmx bike that can take the abuse. Also, if you plan on using your bike as a form of transportation as well as recreation, then it's best to invest in one with better brakes because these types of bikes don't stop as quickly. It's important to note that all bmx styles use different types of tires and gearing so it's important not to buy one without consulting the rider beforehand. 2) What To Look For In a BMX Bike First, you'll want to know the bicycle's intended use.
