For the last five years, the end of summer has marked an exciting occasion; the Hell on Wheels End of Daylight Savings Jam! Five Dock jams are always an absolute treat, and despite not being directly referenced on the flyer, you can assume that DEATHBOWL IS COMING!  

Sydney duo George Prentoski and Lee Cruickshank come through with just under five minutes of buttery street riding and fun times. The bicycle party that is the Annual Halloween Jam went down this past weekend, and Pete Conway was on hand to capture the action. Featuring Ammon Chesworth, Tom Stretton, Tom Boorman, Billy Brooks, Paul C, Josh Druce and many more. It looks like the typical awesome day. Did I spot a Holmes cameo? Jorn Tuijnman out of Holland is currently spending some time in Australia riding, working and taking in the sights. He had a fairly lengthy stay in Sydney before travelling up the coast a few weeks ago to Brisbane, where he still is. Chris Whyte managed to film a few clips with Jorn while he was in Sydney, and put together this brief video for Orange Juice , which, incidentally, is awesome. I was fortunate enough to have a session with Jorn while he was travelling to Brisbane, he's a cool dude, so if you see him around, be sure to say g'day!  

Hot on the heels of the Sam Northedge-Wright video, Chris Whyte comes through with some new heat; a mixtape from the Macquarie Fields park in Western Sydney. It features (in order of appearance) Dayvis Heyne, Tommy Lloyd, Corey Hahn, Lee Cruickshank, Danger and Nick Weir , all of whom definitely produce, and Chris delivers on the production side, too.

The crew over at Roadtripz are running a weekly program for Indigenous youth of the Sydney region, taking them on regular trips to the best Skateparks, street spots and trails that Sydney has to offer, showing them a good time and getting them stoked on BMX! Looks like they're having a rad time! You can also book your own trip of a lifetime here!

A swag of Sydney locals are trying to get a new skatepark in Callan Park, Balmain. As usual, there are 'concerned' locals who think a top-notch skatepark would be detrimental to the area, but will be the first to whinge when we ride street in said area. Anyway, if you're from the Sydney region, or even if you aren't and would like to help out, I know a lot of people would greatly appreciate it. Get more information here .

Little edit from the Sydney stop of the Animal tour at Waterloo. Dope riding from Nigel, Kie Ashworth, Garrett and the rest of the Animal crew, as well as cameo appearances from John Young, Minty, Jett Andrews-Govett and Xave . Highlight for me was the long jump comp. Jett went super far out of that bank, and more or less made the grass, a feat which is yet to be achieved.
