Spotted this over on Focalpoint this morning. Construction is set to start on this new park at Cronulla's Greenhills Beach next month. The design looks real good with a couple of fun looking bowls, a nice plaza, and it's reasonably nearby, so I'm excited! More info here and here .

Brock Olive has decided to part ways with Colony , after being on the pro team for a little while now. As is tradition, they've put together a little video as a farewell of sorts, Which is packed full of Brock's crazy peg-tech shit.

Sydney's Chris Whyte has just been added to the Division team, which is awesome news. Chris absolutely kills it, and is a super rad dude, as well. I'm sure tons of goodness will come from this.

Stowaway and Ride On just announced their latest recruit; in Brisbane video wizard and bike killer Jack Birtles . Congratulations dude! Look forward to see what kinda goodness comes from this.

The new Dishonour drop was self-described as belated, but that doesn't mean it's any less dope. The 'hand-scrawl' ride more tees and crewnecks are real nice; and my personal favourite, the beanies. Dishonour have just made their latest (slightly belated) drop, entitled 'Clique'. The latest drop features some real clean looking slim Chino's, in either chocolate or bone, and a tee with a photo of the team rollin' the streets from their east coast trip last year. For the second consecutive year, our own Vince Byron has claimed the gold medal at the Asian X Games in Shanghai, China. Vince killed it all day, with dialled runs, throwing big tricks, airing around the 10ft mark, and landing smoother than most, it was a well deserved win. Another Australian, Steve McCann also scored a podium position, finishing second. Below are the full vert finals. Both Steve and Vince are entered in the Mini Mega competition, which is still to come.  Other notable Australian's at Asian X are Daniel Johnson , Marnold and Brock Olive . All of these dudes were entered in the street contest, but unfortunately, didn't manage to qualify for the final. That's not to say they weren't killing it, though. I managed to catch part of Marnold's heat on ESPN yesterday, and he was, at one stage, leading his heat while staying true to his smooth peg style.

Dishonour have added a new addition to their Cali series. First off, a new drop of shades, this time tortoise shell with brown lenses, classy. They also have some sweet hoods, with the signature rasta hand scrawled logo. And finally, the part of the drop I'm most in to, the new acid dye Cali tees (below). These babies are a trip. I have seen this picture floating around on facebook for the last day or so. It looks like they plan on knocking down the legendary KP skatepark in Shailer Park, QLD. KP has so much history, with some of my best riding memory's from the crazy sessions coming from there. At one point in time you could go down there and it would be like a whose who of Australian BMX everyday. I have no more details on this, but if anyone knows anything else, or of any petitions to stop this, write it in the comments so we can let people know.

Liam Zingbergs has been killing it for quite some time, and has quite deservedly been bumped up to the Colony Pro Team. Congrats dude!

Crossley Cycles specializes in BMX has been operating for 31 years and have just recently opened there business to customers online with there new online shop . Now with most of the BMX shops in Australia having an online presence it is easier than ever to shop within Australia and keep the money in our economy. I have never bought from an overseas online bike shop, and really have no reason to do so when we have so many amazing BMX shops right here on our shore. When you have all these great BMX stores like LUX, RideOn, Crossleys, BackBone etc helping out with comps/jams/events there is so much upside to shopping in Australia. Not to mention if you ever go into any of these stores they are always down to help you out. At the end of the day if you are a BMX rider in Australia, shopping in Australia for BMX products will only help Bmx in Aus because all these stores are putting so much back into it.

This is Dave Dillewaards new edit for his parts sponsor Demolition . Dillsy rides everything so well and this video really shows this with a good mix of dirt, park and street. Dave spends half of his time in Australia and half of this time in California, where this edit was filmed. In other news Dave's GT Bikes and Demoliton team mate Rob Wise is in Australia at the moment. Rob and Dave are doing a GT Bikes road trip, so watch out for the video of that to come out soon.
