Once again, I am organising a jam in memory of my younger brother, going down at the Kempsey skatepark on January 27th. Each year, we have raised money for the Westmead Childrens hospital, and this is no different. We wish to add onto the $2000 we've already raised over the years. Last year's was the most fun I've ever had on my bike, and hopefully this year will be another repeat. Supported by Lux, Hell on Wheels, Back Bone, Stowaway, Triple Six, Dishonour, Colony, Division and Focalpoint . Get on down if you're up for an Australia Day long weekend trip and an awesome day of riding!

This looks like it's gonna be awesome! The dudes at Newcastle BMX are throwing a jam at the Bar Beach Golden Bowl next Sunday, the 19th. This bowl is an absolute monster, so it should be real good to see what gets thrown down. There are prizes for best style, the Deft Family Big Air and the S&M Rail Jam. On top of that, this event is for a great cause; CanTeen , which is a charity organisation run to help teenagers living with cancer. For more information, check the flyer below.

Over the past few years, I have been running a Jam in memory of my younger brother, Blake Butterfield. He was a keen BMX rider from a young age, and tragically passed away at only 10 years old. I have been watching the event grow in terms of support, rider turnout and such, and it's been getting me stoked. This year is the third installment, and once again, all proceeds will be going to the Westmead Children's Hospital in Sydney. Flyer by Joel Easson , featuring Nathan Himsley . So much love for our supporters in Tempered Goods , Stowaway Distro , Dishonour Clothing , Vale BMX , Back Bone , TripleSix Distro and Hell on Wheels

It'd be morally wrong for me not to post this. Warragul rider Jayden Warn was involved in a car acident recently, and suffered a broken neck. A bunch of his homies have organised to hold a jam next Sunday, June 12th, to aid in the covering of costs. Personally, I think this is fucking awesome. This is the kind of community that BMX is missing nowadays. If you're even remotely close, get out there and support!
